Christmas in the Ice Caps

Well now that SEGA got this sculpture in the mail yesterday and Tweeted to me and everyone else how much they loved it >w< (if you are on twitter check out their Tiny.pic for more about this) I can show you guys!

I sent this to SEGA as a Christmas gift to make up for the arrived WRECK ([link]) that was this summers B-day gift =_=. Thankfully packed with bubble pack, packing peanuts and TONS of Cotton Balls this arrived in mint condition :3. Behold the mighty cotton ball XD

The snow/snow animals are made of Pluffy sculpy that's super light and air dries, It also has Glamour Glitter applied to it in 'ice crystal' colour to make it sparkle like snow. I also did the tree with puff 3D that you use for stencils, makes great snow. Everything was done with minimal wire form since Customs has a hissy over that.

I also wanted to make Sonic and Tails' look like they do in my "Ice Cap Crazy" drawing. Tails hat and scarf and Sonic's ear covers and scarf are all molded right from there. The little sign to the side of the tree is covered in faux snow and clear glaze 'ice' reads "WELCOME to ICE CAP".

Over all this took about 3-4 days to complete from start to finish, 14 days to reach SEGA via USPS/Canada Post and a couple hours of listening to Ice Cap Zone and Diamond Dust Zone (to get the right feel X3)

I was going to cram all the images of this into a collage like I normally do but then you miss all the details so I'll up load them all separate.
